The registration process at Horizon Recruitment Solutions, we feel is different.
On receipt of your CV, the process will begin with an initial pre interview telephone qualifier with one of our Consultants. The purpose of this is not only to confirm that we can assist you with your search, but this conversation also starts the relationship between you and your Consultant within Horizon Recruitment Solutions. You will speak with the Consultant who will then see the whole process through to hopefully, a successful conclusion of you finding the right job!
There will not be endless forms for you to complete. Following an initial introduction with your Consultant, your registration will be done online, which means you will be immediately recognised as active within our Candidate database. The purpose of the registration process is to talk through your experience, assess your skills and most importantly, understand what is key for you within your next role. We will listen, understand and will ultimately match to your requirements, not our own.
We feel it is important to emphasise that the Consultant that you talk to at your registration interview, will be your point of contact throughout your search for employment to hopefully, the successful conclusion of you finding the right job! We feel that this is crucial, allowing you to build a relationship with one Consultant who knows you and what you are looking for.
Depending on the type of role you are looking for, there maybe some tests to complete. These could be IT tests to allow us to assess your software knowledge, or skills tests to assess your speed or ability in a specific area.
Following your registration, which should take no longer than 45 minutes, your Consultant will do an immediate online job search, matching very precisely to your requirements. All jobs that meet your criteria will be discussed and your CV will be forwarded on the same day.
