Our process may begin with a phone call, an email - but our personal, high-touch service will always remain at the heart of what we do.

One of our trained consultants (with experience in your sector) will ideally meet with you at your earliest convenience to explore your requirements in detail. We usually like to pay you a visit to ensure the process is as straight-forward as possible, but also so that we can get to know your business, not just on paper but in reality. We think that this really ensures that we have a full understanding of your needs from the off-set.

We will then carefully source suitable matches from our extensive candidate database and provide you with a considered shortlist for your approval.
