Position Overview: This organisation is in search of a highly motivated and personable  Specialist Recruitment Consultant to join their team. In this role, the consultant will play a crucial part in identifying and connecting with top-tier professionals while nurturing relationships with clients to ensure the perfect match for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs.

• Sourcing and attracting top-notch professionals through various channels.

• Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

• Facilitating the interview process, negotiating offers, and providing guidance throughout the hiring process.

• Contributing to team meetings

• Proven experience in recruitment or related fields.
