Call Monitoring Officer
We are actively seeking an experienced Call Monitoring Officer to join a growing company based in Bury, Manchester
The duties for this role are as follows:
- Listen to, review and score calls of the customer service advisors
- Ensuring leads meet agreed standards
- Identifying trends
- Check all sales agents stay within regulations and guidelines
- Checking all calls meeting quality ad compliance guidelines
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and managers
- Providing feedback
- Working on a high volume of calls each day
To be considered for this role you must be able demonstare experiance in the following areas:
- Must have proven experience within a similar call checking role
- Ability to listen attentively
- Computer literate
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines
- Aware of GDPR
- Able to assess quality in line with regulations
Permanent/ Full Time
Hour of work Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:00 pm
